“Welcome back, Ironman!” workout

Daniel here. Not a hard workout comes this time. I'm after a hard flu with some nasty diarrhea... Gosh, being sick sucks... Gets your power like it would have never existed.
But fortunately I felt better today! You all remember the feeling when you first try to train after an illness. Some time ago the training field was like your home... it was an everyday basis to do your workouts, but this time you feel yourself like a rookie, right?

I'd like to feature a great workout routine that can work both for fat loss and muscle building goals. This is a workout routine that you can do at the GYM, but contains many crossfit-like supersets which usually bring movement to your whole body. This program worked really great for me, and this is the last of the 4 weeks doing this program, so here are my experiences.
Extreme Friday

We thought that we are holding and extreme day tomorrow!
As you’ve recently noticed we really like doing the 6 minute workout from bodyrock.tv. We thought that it would be kinda extreme to do this workout tomorrow in the morning, noon and also in afternoon, so 3 times tomorrow!
