TRX® Suspension trainer
After 12 years going down to the GYM and training with heavy weights we've met with this wonderful fitness equipment during our personal training course. I thought it will be kinda easy to do these body weight exercises with TRX... I was wrong. I couldn't do even a pushup with it.
This time we've decided, we want this thing!
Our timer
During our workouts, it is important to have a timer, because our crossfit and TRX workouts have work and rest time intervals. The most important thing is to have a timer that allows you to setup a complete workout, and store them to select them later easily.
Exercise mat
An exercise mat is always useful. Many workouts of us involves lying on your back or putting down your knees or elbows, so getting a good exercise mat is important to protect your body.
Gym ball
This is one of our coolest workout equipments. With a gym ball (also called soft ball, stability ball or baody ball) you can do a lot of strengthening and stretching exercise, improve overall strength and balance.
Skipping rope
Did you know that doing skipping rope exercise in high intensity can burn the same calorie like running at six miles an hour?
