You surely asked who is this chick and who is this guy on the pictures and videos sweating during the exercise and training at home or at the GYM every day?!
Well, this is my story, and Daniel’s story is coming soon.
Since I was a child I trained regularly. I took every opportunity to try myself in different sports. Before I started training with weights, I had been doing aerobics for years. I really enjoyed this sport, but after a few years, I realized that my body was not getting any better. Despite that this time I haven’t kept my eyes on eating right, I felt that training hard regularly does not bring the results I wanted. My body became better but I wasn't satisfied. I wanted to become more muscular but still feminine shape, and last June I realized: I must change!
There were 2 things to change to get closer to my goals.
At this time, Daniel has been going to the Gym for 10 years and he said to me: „You should try training at the GYM with me!” This could seem funny but my biggest fears was that the training will be boring. A couple of years ago I had an opportunity to try training at the Gym, but I was boring lifting weights, I didn’t have a workout routine, and I didn’t have goals. So I stopped training with weights after a while.
However this time the situation was different.
I had clear goals! Fortunately, Daniel helped me a lot making a workout routine. Having these things brought a totally different result: I started to enjoying the workout. And the fact that this fantastic sport gave me results was just inspired even more, and it still gives me the most energy for the training today.
The other changes was effected my eating habits.
I started eating consciously. I noticed that eating right is very important to reach my goals. There were no more junk foods and no more cheat days. I started to use supplements, that I haven’t known before.
Next to the strict diet and the Gym workouts, I should talk about the importance of cardio training. One of my and Daniel’s goals was the same. This was the 6 pack abs what can be achieved by burning body fat. So far, I thought that the long cardio trainings are the best to reduce the body fat, but I got familiar with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is even better than that.
We do these home workouts to move our body to fight for the 6 pack abs!
So, we train day, we do weight training 3 times a week at the Gym to build some muscle mass, and we are doing cardio workouts at home, which are sometimes heavier, sometimes lighter, but these workouts are keep us fit and help us to burn calories.
